Use these steps to find your order's download information, save the file, and open your pattern. If something is not working, the answers below can help.

    Locate your link.

    Follow the download information provided with your order. Check the email address you entered at checkout.

    Save your file.

    Download the PDF to a folder you can find again. Keep a copy instead of relying only on a browser preview.

    Open and prepare.

    Use a PDF reader to check the pattern instructions and materials before you begin.

I can't find a download email.

If you expected an email, check the inbox for the address used at checkout, including spam and promotions. Search for Woolspell or your order number.

Look at your order confirmation for any download instructions. If you still cannot find access, contact us with your order number and checkout email.

I entered the wrong email at checkout.

Contact us with your order number, the email entered at checkout, and the correct address. If you do not have the order number, include the name on the order and the pattern title.

Please do not send passwords or payment card details.

How do I open a pattern on my phone or tablet?

Save the PDF from its download link. Look for it in your Files or Downloads app, then open the saved copy in a PDF reader. If your browser only shows a preview, use its save or download option.

My PDF will not open or looks incomplete.

Make sure the download has finished, then open the saved file in a current PDF reader. If the transfer was interrupted, download it again using a stable connection.

If pages still seem to be missing, tell us the pattern name, your device, and what you see.

My link says expired, unavailable, or download limit reached.

Contact us before placing another order for the same pattern. Include your order number, the pattern title, and the exact message or a screenshot so we can check what happened.

My download is a ZIP file. What should I do?

A file ending in .zip is a compressed folder. Save it, use your device's Extract or Uncompress option, then open the PDF inside with a PDF reader.

I lost the file I saved.

Search your device's Downloads folder for the pattern title or a file ending in .pdf. Check your order information for the original download instructions.

If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order details.
