Am I buying a finished toy or a crochet pattern?
Woolspell sells digital PDF crochet patterns. You will receive instructions to make the design yourself, not a finished toy, yarn, or tools. Explore all patterns.
What crochet experience do I need?
Our patterns are intended for crocheters who are already comfortable with basic amigurumi techniques. Check the individual product page for the techniques and skill level relevant to that design.
Which language and crochet terms does the pattern use?
Check the individual product page for the language and crochet terminology of the pattern you are considering. If anything is unclear before you buy, ask us and include the pattern title.
What should I check before buying?

Start with the Download Help page. If you still need a hand, contact us with your order number, the email used at checkout, and the pattern title.
Can I read the pattern on my phone or print it?
You can open a saved PDF on a phone or tablet with a compatible PDF reader. Printing depends on your device and printer settings. Save a copy so you can find the file again later.
What if I have a problem with my order?
